You’re a member now — here’s everything you need for a smooth first day at 110-A W Erwin St, Tyler, TX 75702.

Your door code
We emailed you a personal six-digit code. Our team programs it into the front door — usually the same day you join. Core, Studio+, and Creator members get 24/7 access; Flex members come by during working hours (9–5).
Keep it to yourself, and text us at 903-262-8074 if it doesn’t work when you arrive.

Find your spot
Flex is open-seat, so settle in wherever’s free. Core, Studio+ and Creator members have a dedicated desk. If your plan includes a locker, we’ll show you which one is yours.

Get online & get coffee
Ask us for the wifi network and password on your first day. Coffee’s on the house — help yourself. The call pods are open to everyone for calls and quick meetings.

Manage everything from your account
Your account is where your membership, renewal date, door code, and day passes live — and where you update your card or cancel anytime, on Stripe’s secure page.

The essentials

Studio & podcast room

Studio+ gets early-morning podcast-room access; Creator includes monthly studio credits. Anyone can book directly at lightboxpodcaststudio.com.

Meeting a client

There’s no private office. For a quick call, use a call pod. For a sit-down meeting, book the podcast studio.

Bringing a guest

Bring a client for a meeting anytime. If a guest needs their own seat all day, grab them a $40 day pass.

Downtown perks

You’re steps from Downtown Iron Gym and Tyler’s best local eateries — easy lunch, easy reset.

Take calls and meetings in the call pods or the studio — keep the open floor calm.
Clean up after yourself and leave shared areas as you found them.
Your door code is personal — don’t share it, and never prop or disable a door.
Don’t leave belongings out overnight; use your locker. You bring things at your own risk.
